Swift Boat PCF-76 - Vietnam 1967

PCF-76 capsized, sank and was lost while transiting heavy surf 
conditions, in an attempt to exit the Cua Viet river, 6 November 1967.  One 
crewmember was rescued by helicopter while the rest of the crew were rescued by 
PCF-80 and its crew.
